A new 110,000 sf warehouse with 10,000 sf showroom annex and offices above, located in Bridgeport, CT.
As part of a city street scape improvement zone, the facade of this vast industrial building had to be designed to integrate with the scale of State Street by keeping within a very restricted budget. Different materials and volumes were chosen to enrich the facade, translating into the building lobby and showroom.
