New Britain, CT // Design Only

This project consists of transforming an old factory building into a residential complex in New Britain, CT. The scope of PFA’s involvement goes well beyond typical design and construction services. We also assisted the client in working with local officials to re-zone the area to accommodate the new use of the building. In addition to contributing drafting the new zone, we also coordinated and developed a Masterplan for the site and designed a high-rise residential tower, to maximize the available site’s potential.
