Kweskin Theater

This long overdue addition to an existing municipal theater run by Curtain Call, is situated on Stamford’s public golf course, Sterling Farms.
Apart from alleviating the inherent spatial shortcomings of the original building, Partners For Architecture used this opportunity to give the building an exterior presence that reflects its function and value to the community.
Designed with a sustainable approach, this theater will now provide dressing stations for a maximum cast of 60, a rehearsal space that reflects the size of the stage, adequate public bathroom facilities and a new lobby which will bring the theater experience to a new level.
