FLACS IV is topped out: PFA has designed multiple schools for the FLACS organization, and our latest is well underway. The superstructure is complete, and the contractor is about to pour the final floor slab on the top floor. Simultaneously, the exterior envelope is going up, with air-sealing and insulation to follow according to our usual practice of designing energy-efficient buildings. Part of our process is also to provide continued support during construction, working with the owner and contractor to ensure the smoothest possible build.
