Adaptive re-use project transforms a warehouse into a state-of-the-art indoor pickleball and padel court club for Sports Haus. In addition to the sport courts, we also created a golf-simulator space, a welcoming lounge complete with a self-serve beer wall, and a retail space. These amenities have helped Sport Haus to be profitable in their first month of operation! As padel and pickleball continue to grow in popularity we look forward to designing more of these great spaces for our clients.
